Welcome to Scan to Spreadsheet (PC). This application allows users to scan QR codes and barcodes using their mobile device, transmitting data to an Excel file stored on their local computer through the Scan to Spreadsheet (PC) desktop app.

Information Collection & Usage

Scan to Spreadsheet (PC) does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data outside of the user's local network. All scanned information is directly updated into the Excel file on the user's computer.

Network & Security

Both the mobile app and desktop app communicate over the same Wi-Fi network. Data transmission is limited to the local environment, ensuring security and privacy.

Customization & User Control

Users can customize the Excel sheet schema to include additional fields while scanning. No data is sent to external servers.

Third-Party Services

This application does not use third-party services or analytics tools. All processing occurs locally on the user’s device.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the application.

Account & Data Deletion

Scan to Spreadsheet (PC) does not require users to create an account. However, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete the data associated with your usage of the app, please email us at pmkha92@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include any details (e.g., device ID or usage date) to help us locate your data. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted

• Scanned QR/barcode data
• Scan metadata (timestamps, formats)

Data Retention

All deleted data is permanently removed. We do not retain backups. Data stored locally on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

Partial Data Deletion

Yes, you may request to delete specific types of data (e.g., only barcode history). Please include those details in your request.
